Important Notice: By accessing NextLevel Prompts, purchasing a plan, or copying any prompt blueprints, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Overview & Service Scope

NextLevel Prompts is a digital prompt engineering platform owned and operated as a sole proprietorship by Abdul Rehman in Karachi, Pakistan.

We curate, test, and provide high-retention text-to-video prompts, negative prompts, camera motion parameters, and aesthetic seeds optimized for leading AI video generators including Kling AI, Google Veo, Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, and Seedance.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access premium prompt blueprints, users must create a verified account by providing accurate details (Name, Email, Phone). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

One account is intended for individual or agency use by the registered account holder.
Sharing account credentials publicly or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these conditions without notice.

3. License & Commercial Usage Rights

Upon purchasing Monthly or Lifetime VIP access, NextLevel Prompts grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to:

Use prompts to generate unlimited AI videos, images, and animations.
Monetize generated output on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, client projects, commercial advertisements, and broadcast media.
Modify and adapt prompts to fit your specific artistic workflow.

Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, scrape, or repackage our prompt database as a competing raw prompt marketplace or CSV archive.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT for international clients.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast (Debit/Credit Cards, 1Link, PayPak), official banking channels (Faysal Bank), or Binance Pay.
We do not charge hidden transaction fees. Any applicable bank charges imposed by your card issuer are your responsibility.

5. Service Availability & Delivery

As this is a 100% digital platform, prompt access is unlocked immediately upon verification of your payment. Our cloud infrastructure is monitored 24/7 with a 99.9% uptime target.

6. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimers

Prompt results depend on third-party generative AI models (such as Kling, Runway, OpenAI, Google). While our prompt formulas are thoroughly tested for maximum quality, we do not guarantee identical outputs across third-party algorithmic updates. NextLevel Prompts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
